Pre-Admission Screening Guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Abdulrasaq Abubakar Toyin University, Oke Ogba Ganmo (AATU) invites applications for its Pre-Admission Screening from qualified UTME and Direct Entry candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Selected AATU as their first-choice institution during JAMB registration.
  • Wish to choose AATU as their preferred institution and have updated their choice on the JAMB portal.

Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant O’level subjects, obtained in no more than two sittings. Candidates awaiting results may apply but must upload their results before the admission process concludes.

Registration Fee

A non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 is required to complete the application.

Registration Steps

  1. Visit http://portal.aatu.edu.ng and click on "Click here to apply".
  2. Select the "Undergraduate" option from the top menu.
  3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click "Continue".
  4. Fill in all required details (ensure you provide a valid email address and phone number) and click "Next".
  5. Review your payment summary and click "Make Payment".
  6. Enter your ATM card details (MasterCard or Visa) to process payment.
  7. Input the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone to confirm payment.
  8. Upon successful payment, return to the portal home page and click on "Main login".
  9. Log in using your JAMB Registration Number and your surname as the password.
  10. Click "Login to dashboard" to finalize your registration.
  11. Print a copy of your completed registration form and payment receipt for your records.

Payment Issues?

If your account is debited but the transaction fails, you can re-query the payment:

  • Enter your JAMB Registration Number and phone number on the portal.
  • Press the Tab key to reveal the re-query option.
  • Click the re-query button to retry the transaction.

Additional Admission Information

Admission into any programme at AATU is contingent upon:

  • Meeting the official UTME/DE cut-off mark for your chosen course.
  • Availability of slots within the NUC-approved admission quota.

Note: Submitting falsified documents, including fake certificates of origin or citizenship, will lead to automatic disqualification and may attract legal consequences.
